Section Chief
Evan Schilling-Okinaka
Brotherhood Honor
Evan is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member of Amangi Nacha Lodge. He was elected Section Chief at the 2022 Conclave at Camp Lassen. Previously, he has served as Lodge Chief, Lodge Secretary, Lodge Vice Chief of Training, Nisenan Chapter Chief, and Chapter Vice Chief of Inductions, as well as having previously sat on the Western Region Communication Subcommittee and currently on the National Communications Committee. Evan is a Chief’s Award, Founder’s Award, and James E. West Fellowship Award recipient.
In his free time, he likes hanging out with friends and family and loves listening to music, reading superhero comic books, watching movies and TV shows, and loves going to the movies even more.

Timothy Yeung
Brotherhood Honor
Timothy is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood Honor member of Amangi Nacha Lodge. He was elected as Section G17N Vice Chief during the 2022 Conclave at Camp Lassen. Before his term, he served as a Chapter Chief, Chapter Vice Chief, and Conclave Vice Chief of Service. Timothy has received the Chief’s award from his lodge and the Scout of the Year award from his District.
Some of Timothy’s interests are lacrosse, video games, trying new foods, biking, hanging out with friends, and traveling to new places!

Tessa Schaffer
Brotherhood Honor
Tessa is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member of Amangi Nacha Lodge. She was elected Section Secretary during the 2022 Conclave at Camp Lassen. Before this term, she served as Chapter Vice Chief of Inductions and was the Entertainment CVC at the 2022 Conclave. Tessa is a recipient of the Chief’s Award from her lodge and an active member of their ceremonies team.
