Brotherhood Honor
Finn is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member of Talako Lodge. He most recently served as the Section G17N Secretary. Previously Finn has served as his lodge’s Vice Chief of Program and Lodge Chief for Talako Lodge. Finn is a recipient of the Arrowmen of the year award from his lodge and an active member on his lodge’s Executive Committee.

Tessa S.
Vigil Honor
Tessa is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Amangi Nacha Lodge. She was elected Section Secretary during the 2022 Conclave at Camp Lassen and was elected to her first term as Section Vice Chief at the 2023 Conclave at Soda Springs Ski Resort. Before serving the Section, she was a Chapter Vice Chief of Inductions and was the Entertainment CVC at the 2022 Conclave. Tessa is a recipient of the Chief’s Award from her lodge and an active member of their ceremonies team.

Anastasia C.
Brotherhood Honor
Anastasia is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member from Yerba Buena Lodge. She served as her lodge’s Vice Chief of Activation and then served as the Lodge Chief before becoming the Section Secretary. She’s also a proud summer camp staffer at Camp Royaneh and will be a program director during their 100th Anniversary Summer.

Ross Armstrong
Vigil Honor
Ross hails from Tannu Lodge where he serves as the Council Vice President for the Nevada Area Council. Prior to becoming Section Adviser, Ross was Tannu’s Lodge Adviser. As a youth he served as Section Chief for legacy Section W3B and as the 2005 Western Region Chief. He’s currently the Executive Director of the Nevada Commission on Ethics. During non-scout times he skis, golfs, and travels.

Kenn Moynihan
Vigil Honor
Kenn grew up in Marin County where he enjoyed scouting as a youth and is now the proud father of two Eagle Scouts. He’s a Vigil member of Talako Lodge where he served as their Lodge Adviser for 7 years. Kenn has been our Section Associate Adviser since 2023. When not scouting, Kenn usually spends time at home with his sweet old dog and OG cat.

Section Associate Adviser - Secretary
Dominic Pascucci
Vigil Honor
Dominic is a rare breed, a San Francisco native born and raised. As a youth he served in various chapter and lodge offices. After serving as a Section CVC, he became the Section Chief for legacy Section W3A then went on to become Western Region Chief in 2002. Before becoming Section Associate Adviser, Dominic served as an Associate Adviser for Yerba Buena Lodge. He has also served as a Deputy Lead at NOAC ’24 and serves on the Double Vigil Golf Classic Committee. In his free time he enjoys traveling and tasting new Boba drinks.
