This year’s Conclave will send attendees on different paths. Each pathway is tailored towards your OA experience
- The Sailor’s Start (for our newest members of the OA):
The Sailor’s Start is designed for new members of the Order of the Arrow. Meet new sailors across our many seas and gain exposure to all the different adventures the OA has to offer.
- The Navigator’s Nexus (open to anyone):
The Navigator’s Nexus is designed for those ready to explore all the maps of adventure. Learn how to inject outdoor adventure into your unit, chapter, and lodge program.
- The Captain’s Course (For the current or future leaders of the OA):
The Captains Course is for current or future chapter and lodge leaders. Gain skills to help you lead your lodge ship through stormy seas toward success in membership growth,
effective events and more.

Training format...
This year’s training outline has changed slightly. You will no longer be picking the specific training session, rather during registration you will select the pathway you will experience at Conclave. Each pathway will have multiple topics and sessions tailored to the audience. When you check in at Conclave you will be given your pathway schedule just know that now you’re only choosing 1 of 3 paths to go on.
SAILOR’S START: For those attending their first Conclave, or maybe still don’t know much about the OA, choose this pathway to learn and be inspired.
CAPTAIN’S COURSE: This pathway is for those that currently serve the Order in various leadership roles or plan on taking the next step to do more. Build upon your leadership skills and take the next step.
NAVIGATOR’S NEXUS: And finally those looking for a little adventure and seeking ideas on how to incorporate an outdoor program into your home unit, chapter, or Lodge this is the pathway for you.
